This works, but not so much HP and Atk. I gave mine 300 or so attack, cuz after 3 swords dances, 1200 is plenty. Also, consider Rest over Knock Off if you get a Heal Beller.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers ** Porygon2

EVs: 100 HP / 252 Def / 156 SAtk

Jollycross outspeeds all those 271 Spd pokes. Hp Rock over Rock Slide for accuracy problems.

Salac w/o Endure is kinda risky. If you want a Salaccross, go Reversal/Endure/Megahorn/Rock Slide(or Swords Dance)... or Endure/Megahorn/Rock Slide/Swords Dance...

Gyarados (M) @ Leftovers ** PowerPunch
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 33 HP / 224 Atk / 204 Spd / 49 SDef
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Taunt

Standard Tauntridos, 271 Spd to beat AdaCross.

Gyarados is aight, but it works best if you have Fire Blast there somewhere. HP: Ghost over HP: Flying for Starmie, unless you're really not that worried. I'd go with DD/EQ/HP:Flying or Ghost/Fire Blast with a Lum Berry, and a hasty nature.

Cloyster (M) @ Leftovers ** PowerPunch
Trait: Shell Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 76 Atk / 34 Def / 16 Spd / 100 SAtk / 32 SDef
Gentle Nature (+SDef, -Def)
- Explosion
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin
- Spikes

Standard Cloyster.

First off, don't use a gentle nature with Cloyster. Defense is its highest stat. You need to get that up. Second of all, you don't need much attack for Explosion, and I really don't think you need Rapid Spin. HP: Ghost over Rapid Spin... and that's not suggested, it's just something off of the top of my head. They'll expect an explosion and then send out Gengar. Try a +SDef, -SAtk/Atk/Spd nature, and whichever of those natures you have the negative in, don't add EVs to it. I'd go with +something -Spd.

Medicham (M) @ Choice Band ** PowerPunch
Trait: Pure Power
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 1 Def / 252 Spd / 1 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- Fake Out
- Rock Slide
- Shadow Ball

Standard CBCham.

Standard has Hi Jump Kick if I'm not mistaken... and this is kinda bleh. I'd go with something like Salac Berry/Lum Berry, Brick Break/Bulk Up/Shadow Ball/Endure(or Recover)... even though 'Cham can't last too long, he can get in a hit or two. Besides, you've already got Heracross... if you really have to use another fighting type, go with Machamp(Bulk Up Machamp works awesomely.)

Everything's standard, there isn't much to do really. You need to come up with your own movesets for anybody to really do much, but for a starting team, this will work. You have to put strengths into account, and you're kinda not =\

Also you need something with Haze/Whirlwind/Roar. Trust me. A tank wouldn't be bad either(I don't consider Blissey a tank, I consider it a stupid fat thing, and Cloyster doesn't have the HP to back up its defense and special defense.)... I've got 3 tanks, 2 attackers, and a hazer. Of course, they all double on offense, because I'm more of a sweeper guy, but still... example, my own Crobat set-the recommended one on Smogon is either a CB one or a Sleep Talking Whirlwinder. I use Confuse Ray/Haze/Sludge Bomb/HP: Flying(all IVs set to 30 except speed, left at 31.)

Armaldo: Looks fine

Blissey: Maybe max out on SAtk EVs instead of boosting hp? Those extra hitpoints aren't really going to help that much. If you're worried about dugtrio, he'll probably switch in on a calm mind, in which case you can OHKO it with ice beam. Modest + Max SAtk also OHKOs dugtrio by itself, and does 96% ~ 100% to dugtrio with 48 SDef EVs.

Heracross: I would suggest substitute over taunt. It worked good on my swords dancing heracross.

Gyarados: Your HP/SDef aren't in increments of four. Maybe transfer 4 attack EVs and the SDef EVs into HP so that you get 352 HP.

Cloyster: Cloyster is the only guy on the team I have a real problem with. Your moveset is fine, but to be blunt your EVs/Nature doesn't make sense in the least. Cutting physical defense, your best stat, is not good at all when you're using that to boost your weakest stat. Cloyster isn't going to survive a special attack anyway, unless it is resistant.

Cloyster (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Shell Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 76 Atk / 16 Spd / 100 SAtk / 64 SDef
Hardy Nature (Neutral)
- Explosion
- Ice Beam
- Spikes
- Rapid Spin

Leaves you with 5 less special defense points than what you had, but you have around 30 extra defense points. Personally, I think you should just do a -SDef, +Def nature and transfer all EVs from defense/Sdef into Atk/SAtk. Cloyster isn't meant to take special hits. If your looking for something that lasts a bit longer but has spikes+rapid spin, maybe try forretress.

Medicham: Looks good.

Cloyster will survive with a -Attack nature.
In fact, it's better.

Otherwise, drop speed. 70 base speed is not spectacular.

Your EVs are weird.
