Gyarados (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 192 HP / 216 Atk / 100 Spd
Naughty Nature (+Atk, -SDef)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Hydro Pump
- Return

Intimidate makes it a good starter. It can come in on just about any Physical Pokemon thanks to Intimidate, then go for 2-4 Dragon Dances and sweep.

Latios (M) @ Shell Bell
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 40 HP / 216 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Thunderbolt

Lati@s w/ Soul Dew isn't allowed, so due to it's ability to dish out amazing damage, I went with Shell Bell. Calm Mind to boost it's Sp Def and Sp Atk, hopefully atleast 3 times, then it can sweep.

Regice @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 100 Def / 156 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Thunderbolt
- Toxic

I went with Toxic over Thunder Wave to add an extra way to damage. Rest makes for good stalling while Thunderbolt and Ice Beam aid in the Toxic Demolition.

All comments would be appreciated.

It looks pretty good. I was just wondering, why hydro pump over taunt? I don't have emerald, so I don't know what the battle frontier is like. I know you fight a bunch of CPUs, but as far as what they use/how smart they are I am clueless.

I'll put it this way: It's basically like fighting Stadium Mode on Netbattle.

The AI on the Battle Fronteir is almost as hard to defeat as if it was a human.

I went Hydro > Taunt because Thunder Wave, Toxic, Spikes, Roar, etcetera aren't very common. It's mostly offensive moves that are used.

Ah, gotcha. You know, if you're going offensive like that on gyarados, why not use salamence instead? Sala has barely higher defense, the same HP, higher speed, attack, and special attack.
