Give Ninjask Silver Wind or Aerial Ace over HP Flying, give Typhlosion Thunderpunch, Flygon can use Screech, and Raikou should probably stick with Crunch.

Yeah, HP sucks ingame. Other then that give Meta Sludge Bomb/Sadow Ball over Rock Slide and it will be great.

OK, so another problem. I need a replacement for Typhlosion. x_x Hopefully something that will work just as well....

If you want a fire type thats a special sweeper then maybe try Houndoom with a similar EV setup and Petaya berry with a moveset like this:

Sunny Day
Flamethrower
Solar Beam
Will-o-Wisp/Crunch/Pursuit

Last move is up to you really.
