Anyway, max out alakazam's speed so he hits 372 speed. Also maybe test out taunt over sub on DDTar? Substitute works fine, I've just found from experience that taunt is typically better. It may be just me though. If you haven't already done so, I'd test out taunt.

Standard DDTar.

Go taunt, unless you're really good with sub predicting. Taunt's generally better, depending on the pokemon, and T-Tar pretty much should only have Sub with Focus Punch, IMO. My old T-Tar had 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spd, wasn't the best, but it helped get the speed boost. Use what's best for you.

Hopefully Celebi can Baton Pass a Substitute to this guy that will stand so he can use Agility and get the easy sweep after +4 Atk.

Take off Rock Slide for Explosion, unless you're that worried about Skarmory, and if you are, use thunderpunch. Metagross can last pretty long with Agility and higher attack, so yeah.

Standard Special Wall and Supporter. Aromatherpy to keep Weezing from ruining all my fun, Seismic Toss for a line of consistent damage, Softboiled to make people kill themselves, and Thunder Wave for obvious reasons.

373 Speed to outrun mostly everything. Psychic for STAB, Thunderpunch and Fire Punch to kill of a wide array of enemies, Calm Mind to help with Sweeping.

it only gets 372 max on the speed... and go 4/252/252. Also, for the punch/psy/CM version, Encore is a killer move. Trust me. If they use a move like Recover, encore it, and you'll have at least one turn to CM(they'll probably switch out) up a more powerful attack. Take off Fire Punch for it, cuz T-Punch hits most 'Zam counters pretty effectively.

I'll rate the team based on 3 of your pokemon, the other 3, I'd rather not mention. Having Alakazam on the team is good, but you need maxed out speed, just about. If you have to, you could go with 362 speed to outspeed Starmie and Raikou, even though they can't really do much to Alakazam after a CM or two. Metagross is a great pokemon, but be careful with Agiligross. His attack is great, but you can't completely rely on it without a boost or 2, so pray that you get a boost from MM... I use a CBGross. Tyranitar's a fragile pokemon that can be strong if used right, so just find what works best for you. DDTar is great, but only after you get rid of their counters, cuz they'll just switch something in and hurt you, BAD, or cause a switch. Watch out for Dugtrio. Rating-for those 3, 7 on the Metagross, 9 on the Tyranitar, and 8 on Alakazam. Overall, 8/10. I really dislike the other three pokemon(I don't ever use them. Never will. Tried em, hated em.), so... yeah.
