what is blast burn exactly/ who can learn it/ how can they learn it
Blast Burn is a Fire-type Hyper Beam.
In Fire Red or Leaf Green, a person at the top of Island 1, 2 or 3 (I forget which, although I believe it's 2) will teach your Charizard Blast Burn. No other Pokemon can learn Blast Burn aside from Charizard to my knowledge.
ok thanks also i have a beldum that is silver and gold and i want to evolve it but i need to know if after evolution the metang and metagross will be alternate color also

A Shiny Beldum, nice.
Throughout all of it's evolutions, it will remain Shiny.
ok thanks umm if i breed it will the hatchling be shiny

No it probably won't be. It will have the same chance of being shiny as any other poke you breed/catch/find. Which is about 1 in 8000

I tested Blaziken and he couldnt learn it. im going to test Typhlosion.

That old woman will teach Blast Burn to the 3 Fire-type starters, Hydro Cannon to the 3 Water-type starters, and Frenzy Plant to the 3 Grass-type starters, but only if that PKMN is the first in your party.
Also note that she will only teach that move ONCE!!!
So if you want all 9 PKMN to get their Elemental Hyper Beams, you'll have to reset the game EIGHT times (and transfer your PKMN to another cart. of course).
