Metagross

Need some advice here. Tryin to figure out a style of Metagross to use... So far, I've thought of-

Basic Agiligross
Agiligross w/thunderpunch
CBGross(current)
Mixed Gross(Agility/MM/Psychic/TPunch)
Refreshgross(Refresh, MM, Reflect/Light Screen or whatever, EQ/Explosion...)

CBGross is working great but it's really slow... whaddya ya think?

Then again, 'Gross doesn't get a lotta speed.

IMO, metagross is a tank. Salamence would make a better choice bander if you need something speedy but with a massive punch.

Can I see the rest of the team? Would help in deciding with metagross to use.

i like mixed gross. he attacks well and has explosion as a last resort.do you have evs?

I generally prefer CBGross. It doesn't take any setting up and has a very good chance at the KO of any Pokemon. If only that guy had Arena Trap.... So:

Adamant Nature [+Attack, -Special Attack]
160 HP / 252 Attack / 96 Speed
~ Agility
~ Earthquake
~ Explosion
~ Meteor Mash

OR

Metagross @ Choice Band
Adamant Nature [+Attack, -Special Attack]
252 HP / 232 Attack / 16 Defense / 8 Speed
~ Earthquake
~ Explosion
~ Meteor Mash
~ Sludge Bomb

Either one works well. If you wouldn't mind showing me your team, I might be able to suggest more accurately.

Here's the one I like to use. TPunch works well on Skarmory, but because of it, CB becomes somewhat of a liability. So I like to instead put in Lum Berry, which usually fools them into thinking it is infact a CB (since Lum like CB doesn't give away what is equipped until it is too late, and Agilligross usually use Agility right off the bat).
