Wow, you are one serious cookie.
My Smeargle with Lock-On and Sheer Cold is sexy....
Butterfree with Sleep Power/Substitute/Dream Eater/Whirlwind is cool too. I use this to put an entire opponent to sleep so I can switch to something like a Belly Drummer. Pretty nice in-game, don't this at Netbattle though..

This is pretty basic, but umbreon with mean look + baton pass + taunt. I like combo'ing this with DDTar with taunt and DDGyarados with taunt. Oftentimes this can lead to total team sweeps, which is always fun.
Passing to an exploder on something I hate is also fun.

My hitmonlee knows dynamicpunch, mind reader, mega kick, and brick break.
does that count?
Lock-on combos fail terribly due to switches.
As for Smeargle, Articuno does the same but much better.

Here's a pretty classic combo:
Memento/Explosion + CBDugtrio.

Here's the best one of all-it's a double battle one.
Kyogre and Uberkarp
Kyogre's drizzle makes Uberkarp's splash bigger, and with Bounce that he learns from becoming Uber, it's an auto OHKO, except for on Silcoon and Snorlax. It doesn't affect them cuz they're evil.

You just HAD to bring that up, didn't ya?
Anyways, here's another one I like:
Typhlosion (M) @ Petaya Berry
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Endure
- Flamethrower
- Overheat
- Sunny Day
It's pretty Ballsy but it can work. I know, it has 2 Fire-Type attacks, but let me explain. First, switch in on an ineffective attack or a switch and use Sunny Day when they switch out. Then Endure the hit. At this point, your attacks receive a boost of 1.5*1.5*1.5*1.5 [STAB * Sunny Day * Blaze * Petaya Berry]. Now, Flamethrower can usually take care of most any Non-Resistant threat, but in the event you encounter a Water, Rock, Dragon..., OVERHEAT for a hit of 90-100% damage.
One Overheat can OHKO a Suicune that has 266 Sp. DEF (which is pretty standard).
In case it didn't sink in, I said OHKO Suicune!!!!!!!!

I came up with an idea a while back, but it didn't work that well... double battle(NO, NOT KYOGRE AND MAGIKARP)...
Gengar and Shedinja
Sheddy uses whatever attack, Gengar uses Skill Swap. Sheddy switches out to Sabeleye, Gengar uses Protect. Gengar uses Skill Swap, Sabeleye is invincible. That's truly evil, but didn't work out on NetBattle.
Add Swords Dance or Bulk Up or whatever Sableye can learn, STAB Shadow Ball, Focus Punch and Rest(in case of those with status moves), and you're beyond unstoppable... if only it would work...

Smeargle can Spore before hand though, making it better in my opinion. Spore, then use Lock-On. The opponent either sleeps through it, seeling it's fate, or switches another poke into the Lock-On, pretty much ending it as well. Make sure the Smeargle is Timid/Jolly with max Speed, and it will take care of most things. Of course the rare Sturdy pokemon as well as those faster than it can end it, Smeargle makes for great surprises.

Even after Lock On, they can just switch that one out. x_x
You'd need (Escape Preventing Move) + Spore + (OHKO Move) + (Hit Ensuring Move). That's with Max Speed and +Speed Nature, obviously. >_>
Probably start with Spore. They likely switch. That's when you use (Escape Preventing Move). Then you use Spore again if they did switch. Then you use (Hit Ensuring Move). Then you use (OHKO Move). So basically, 5 turns for one kill. >> Too slow for my tastes.
What the crap did I just say that for? I guess I'm bored. :(

I was referring to your specific Smeargle, who lacks Spore.
In addition, it is quite a waste to Locking in, Sporing, and Sheer Colding to just end up putting one to sleep, forcing a switch, and having a 30% chance to KO the switch.
Spore, Belly Drum, Baton Pass.
That will ensure a KO like that sheer cold "combo",
only it will be actually useful after the death.
Pass it to an Aerodactyl. Zomg.

Here's another version...but is harder to pull off:
Try to pass an Agility and a Sub to a Marowak.
Use Belly Drum
Sweep.

My specific Smeargle is:
Timid Nature
252 Speed/ 129 Def/ 129 SpDef
Spore
Lock-On
Sheer Cold
Mean Look
Sorry for the unspecificness on my part.
This is in-game, and how often does the AI switch out anyways :P
The Belly Drum Smeargle is indeed better.

The biggest prob. is that if the PKMN is faster than you, you're toast. The plus side is that the BF doesn't have many PKMN with 300+ speed.
Still, I say my Bulk Up Reversal Medicham is da bomb in the BF.

I'll stick with my Shuckle who has Double Team/Defense Curl/Attract/Rollout
Attract on them to piss them off(oppostie genders of course) then DT for more pissing off...and finish up with DC and Rollout to destroy teams...
There are ways around this...but it seems to piss off the majority of people...

Ok, this one is in no way certain, but I have a Swellow with DoubleTeam, Endevour and Focus Band. Now obviously, a fast Swellow on its last hit point(due to focus band) can do ALMOST enough to KO any pokemon. However, as this is not a certainty, I also use my Tyranitar's Sandstream to nibble away at my Swellow (whos double teaming the whole time) until I can reduce my opponent enough that one Arial Ace will finish them.

Very smart. That way, when your Swellow will grind to her last hp for a strong Endy, she'll die from the sand.
You use his stream to damage them..
How about use HIM to 1-2HKO them.

~280 Atk
~80-120 SAtk

...what's so evil about Iron Maiden? They're definitely one of the greatest bands out there, and there's nothing really evil about them. Look between the lines of the lyrics. Metal usually has a more positive meaning, or it's usually saying that society is corrupted, and that what is being said in the lyrics is actually putting down the people who corrupt the society.
IRON MAIDEN!!!
...what do you mean by "Do you sleep in an iron maiden"? They're a band. You can't sleep in a band.
