You would find some way to add in Ramosian Revivalist, Bound in Silence, and Defiant Vanguard.

Defiant Vanguard is another searcher which allows you to search for your rebels with the converted cost of 4 or less. Also it has another effect which can be helpful. The other effect is that when Defiant Vanguard blocks, at end of combat, destroy it and all creatures it blocked this turn.

Bound in Silence is just like Pacifism expect since Bound in Silence is a rebel aura which means that you use your Defiant Vanguard, Blightspeaker, Amrou Scout, and Ramosian Revivalist to search this card out and enchant your opponents creature.

Ramosian Revivalist is another great rebel searcher expect this card searches your graveyard and let's you bring back one rebel card from your graveyard with the converted mana cost of 5 or less. So this card can bring back all your rebels in your graveyard including Bound in Silence.

I've been tinkering around with a block Rebels deck but so far I'm more focused on Regionals.

I wonder if people would run Damnation or Wrath of God in a Rebel deck.

Damnation is doable in Rebels if you're running Block. For Type-2, I wouldn't even consider running Rebels.
