can anybothy tell me how to catch him in saphire or ruby. And telll me how to get 5 stars in the trainer ticket?

You had to go to a nintendo event to get Deoxys, you'll have to u se a cheat device or trade for it now.

No clue on the stars though, sorry.

sorry to burst your bubble, but on ruby and sapphire, u can only get deoxys with a cheat device. on emerald u can get him at a nintendo event.
