d00d, you post to many decks in short periods of time. I know you're welcome do to it, but if you actually want fixes, you should spread them out a bit. Unless, you're just looking for compliments, then you came to the wrong place, most likely.

I personally think that Phoenix interferes with Decree, and you're not playing 3x Shrink in a Decree deck which is a bad choice.

Neospace Ground Mole is required for Horus decks IMO.

You also do not play 3x Cyber Dragon in an aggressive deck that isn't based on Treeborn Frog, Baboon or Royal Oppression.
