What happens when the sucessful rocket launch gets to 100 at the Space Center in Mossdeep City? I've heard many things including that it freezes your game and erases you data and that you fly to the moon to catch Jirachi or Deoxys.

No, lol. It has some relationship with how long you have been playing the game. Don't remember what the exact relationship is though. Each ten = 1 week or something. Maybe someone else here knows. The other stuff is BS.

nothing happens with the rocket, it is just a lie. I have met alot of people who have gotten over a 100, nothing happens.

Just a piece of poke-trivia. From what I remember, if the dude says there have been 'x' number of launches then that's the number of weeks you've been playing. Something like that. Like Bleakdragon said, nothing actually happens with the rocket. That's all just BS.

I and one of my friends were doing stuff thinking it had to do with like beating the Elite Four x number of times, blending berries x number of times and so on trying to make the count go up.
