Well, this is my first try at a deck in a few years so help would be appreciated.

My Main strategy is to get Amphy EX on the bench using Linoones Seek Out and use the Trainers to search for him if I dont get him. My main attacker will be Golem for his Rock Slide.

Well you have 2 good deck ideas...Golem and Amphy EX. Both dont work in the same deck, 2 stage 2's never work. Amphy ex is really good, so we'll focus on him. Try to get 1 line of stage 2's.

Thats a good line. Then chose a back-up, either basic or stage 1. no higher is recomended. Dual types(not dark or steel) are more difficult to play.Personally, I use altaria.

You need to be fast to win these days, with this format. Throw in some healing and a Town voluteers and your set. Try to build a deck for yourself, its the best way to learn.

Obi Wan fixed your deck perfectly. The only thing that you should consider is adding Arcanine instead of Altaria. Aracanine (r)(E)(E) is killer.
