Tropius, Exploud, and Beutifly are all terrible pokemon and you've given them bad move sets. Rayquaza and Groudon are ubers.

how do you have rayquaza on a ruby game?

Let me give you a scenario:

Your opponent sends out a Level 100 Kyogre. Ice beam destroys Rayquaza, Groudon, Beautifly, and Tropius in 1 hit. Manectric may get a super effective hit, but after 1 calm mind it won't be doing too much and it will be 1HKO'd by it's STAB surf, and Exploud probably won't do crap to him.

Sky Pillar.

Anyways, if this team is meant to battle other friends (who can also use UBERS), then you're gonna be out of luck.
Chaosmage was pretty accurate about this.

Then your friend's team are pathetic.
Go on Netbattle with this team and you'll see exactly why it sucks.
Oh, but you use Ubers. They are not allowed outside of Ubers play,
where you'll fail even more.

Honestly. Solar Beam on a beautifly.
Two turns for 100 without any special effect.
[Unless it's there because of Groudon..]
Giga drain AND Mega Drain on the same Pokemon.
Brilliant.

Your team is just a typical newbie's team. No stats up moves,
a bunch of moves of the same type on the same Pokemon.. etc.

BTW, if you haven't caught that Rayquaza yet, make sure you keep trying until you either get an Adamant or a Jolly natured one. [Never ever accept a Neutral natured PKMN].

Meh, I say we cut him some slack. He's a noob and probably came here to ask for advice from experienced competitive players.
If he's willing to go to Smogon or Serebii before posting a newer version of his team, then I say we rate THAT team.

Near: totally agree.

thats my team so what do you think?

Tropius-Leech Seed(if it can learn it), Sunny Day(for Chlorophyll-doubles speed), Solarbeam, and one of the powder moves, if it can learn them(i.e. Stun Spore)... on second thought, take off sunny day, you've got groudon. I really can't help much with Tropius...

Exploud-eh. Moveset's not great. It's a normal type with higher base Atk than SAtk, so you should go with moves like Return, Earthquake(you've got that), Brick Break, etcetera.

Beautifly-can't really help there.

Blaziken-TAKE OFF CHARCOAL. It doesn't help really. Go with Blaze Kick/Sky Uppercut/Slash/Focus Energy for an interesting move combo. Could go with Sky Uppercut/Rock Slide/Earthquake/(Fire Blast or Flamethrower or Overheat), but the first one is easier to get.

Groudon-Swords Dance if you can, Earthquake, Rock Slide if you can, Thunder Wave if you can. Fire Blast is okay in some spots, only because of the Drought ability. That increases the power of fire moves by 50% I think. So, to recap-Swords Dance/Earthquake/Rock Slide/Thunder Wave/Fire Blast. Any 4 of those moves would work great.

Rayquaza-Earthquake, Rock Slide, Aerial Ace, Dragon Dance.

You could also go with Ice Beam/Flamethrower/Thunderbolt/Dragon Claw for an all out special attacker.

Or this-Dragon Dance/Dragon Claw/Aerial Ace/Earthquake, for a decent mixed attacker.

For other movesets, please check out www.smogon.com (http://www.smogon.com)

Oh, for the Manectric-Thunder Wave/Thunderbolt/Quick Attack/Bite(or Crunch if you're willing to breed) would be pretty strong for ingame stuff. For NetBattle, you're gonna want T-Wave/T-Bolt/Hidden Power [Ice or Grass, or even Fire]/Substitute.
