I'm not sure how much you want to stay true to theme but I would add Scapegoats and Dandelion to help out summon Bloo-D,maybe even Yomigareu as well just to help with the number of tributes.

Also, Sangan never hurt any deck... unless they had only 1550+ monsters...

Bloo-D isn't worth the effort. But if it plays well for you, then by all means. Tell me the results of this card after playtesting.

I think he might work out quite well. With Scapegoats etc being useable for his tribs he isn't as much of a pain.

I had an idea you can either sidedeck or maindeck.

Lava Golem.

Think about it, take out two of them, and assure Bloo-D gets to 3400 Atk.
