Mario and Luigi help

I need help on Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga. I cannot find the rocks I need to use to get the hammer in Hoohoo Village. It is driving me crazy.

I'm pretty sure they are at the top of the mountain. Go west on the upper level of the town and you should be able to trek to the top. After that, you can ride this little pteradactyl thing back up to the peak if you ever need to.
