Yes it is. When the only Traps I see the Japanese meta running is Mind Crush and Trap Dustshoot. Those are chainable. Which would mean Harpy's Hunting ground will have no effect.

But if they Chain Crush, they would have to randomly guess, and they would probably -1 from hand.

True. But they can confiscate or trap dustshoot my hand. Then chain Mind Crush.

Either way I don't see Harpy no Kariba working at all

+ Sangan (It's Critter!)
- Enemy Controller x1
+ Call of the Haunted (Mostly for the chainablity aspect, as you now have 3 nice targets to mock them with if they storm, and it can get a Monarch suicided Phoenix back into the mix.

My other build had all targets over 1500. (Except Harpy Lady 1. But Dragonfly searches her out) In this build, I forgot to add Critter.

Yeah, well don't do that. It's an extremely overhyped card, and in a deck thats only running phoenix as your fire monster, and no pyramid turtles, it's situational at best. All it's going to do is slow you down.
