Fling your own monster to your hand

I'm new so i cant give a real deck list, but the point of the deck is to play rogue monsters like pilliging pirate so they lose cards from the deck and then use arcanist cards like Quodian Ejector to put them back in my hand, that way I can use them again. Help me get a decklist for this deck

maybe not a deck list, but i bet a good deck can consist of many Ecto manipulators and ejectors, heck throw in noby stave and you got yourself a token bouncy mess up ur opponet deck. :D
