When there are no cards on your side of the field and you receive damage from a card controlled by your opponent, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned in this way, it gains the following effects according to the type of damage you received:
- Battle Damage: Special Summon 1 "Envoy of Hades Kaien"-Token (Light/Fairy/7/?/?). The "Envoy of Hades Kaien"-Token's ATK and DEF are equal to the Battle Damage you received.
- Effect Damage: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the Effect Damage you received.

This deck is bad. For reasons already stated by others, the rest of the OCG will tear you up.

What's wrong with this deck is it's a TCG deck, not an OCG deck. It doesn't reflect any part of the current OCG meta, it doesn't run any of the OCG exclusive cards that are found in almost every deck (e.g. Airman, Golden Sealed Chest, Goes, etc.), and it uses cards that are ridiculously outdated in the OCG (read: rush recklessly).

Hydroggedon, Zaborg and Ohka are stupid choices for the current meta, as the likelyhood of them getting any kind of advantage against a CC deck is small.

Just as a final note, this is not the deck of the future, it's the deck of the past. And, with regards to it being a work of art, the closest I could come up with is that it must be abstract art.
