Not really, you could say he's on a vacations. Koga from the last encounter has to regain his strength and is out looking blindly for Naraku. Poor little wolf-boy.

Why would you even care what happened to koga he was a crappy charater anyway, and he's not really a main character, all that happens when he comes around is him and Inuyasha get into a petty fight.
