Do they do Sneak Peak events for this game?

No they don`t have sneek peek events in Naruto.

They have launch events for Naruto. These are tourneys that are the weekened of release of a new set.

Yes they do they're called launch events like koolaid said but, they happen on the local level meaning you don't have to go to a convention center in order to play in it.

I'm glad they don't have any "Sneak Peek" type events for Naruto. Being a Meijin, it would cause to much trouble for me to tell my tournament players over and over that the Sneak Peek cards aren't allowed in tournaments until the release of the set.

Release tournaments are just fine, it gives players a chance to play with the new cards in a real tournament, not some spoofy "Sneak Peek" event.
