At it's core, it's not a bad deck, but why so many monsters? You also need some level four monster cards with solid attack power. A few more supporting Spell cards couldn't hurt either. It's not that bad, but it still has work to be done on it. Keep at it.

Additional Comment:
Also, 3 Dust Tornadoes is kinda overkill if you ask me. Replace some of them with more defensive traps or cards that could protect you in a tight spot.

for the beatdown deck, add in nonspellcasting area. That will help alot, since that makes your monsters immune to lightning vortex and anything of the sort. maybe snatch steal or brain control, because usually they will be in defense.
You get a free shot for almost nothing. Enemy controller is a no. Sacrifice a monster of yours for a free hit with the rest? its basically the same as running over it and hitting the opponent.
