By two best cards i'm guessing you mean two best cards in the limited format. If so, I got two syphon mages in a two headed giant match. Once I got both on the field at the same time, my oponents scooped 'em up. :)

well...i cant really tell about just 2 ive gotten...but the pool i got at a ptq with 2 serra avengers, lightning angel, teferi, and psionic blast was pretty nuts...and playing white and red were still the wrong calls :(.

Two Rakromas, an Ixidron, and a ton of burn. I went 3-1 at Planar Chaos prerelease, losing to some schmuck with some perfectly tuned out storm deck. I swear I should've demanded a deck check.

my top 2 cards for a limited were a bitterblossom and mutavault:D

obviously at the morningtide pre-release:D

and with my stupidity i sold them both for less than 15 each, figuring i could of gotten 80 now with them.

At the 10th edition release I got wrath, reya, doomed necromancer, midnight ritual, tidings, and 2 merfolk looters. I heard turn 4 reya is good, especially in sealed. It was pretty much the best sealed pool I've ever seen for any format.

In the draft I did last night I got 2x Punctural Blast, 2x Fire at Will, and Jaws of Stone in a single mono-red deck...and then lost to a guy that got like 50 persisters and Quillspikes:(


Think the most insane I ever saw though was when shadowmoore was first released and a guy got Swans, 2x Power of Fire, and like 50 untappers...and some how he lost in the finals to a guy that drafted a G/W life gain deck...

in an all shards draft one time, a friend of mine pulled an Elspeth, foil Empyrial Archangel, and a Kresh the bloodbraided.

in that same draft, i pulled a flameblast dragon and goblin assault. i saw the dragon both games first round, and had no problem with that... the next couple rounds were a different story.

at another draft my first pack, first pick was a Hellkite Overlord, and i took 3rd in that draft going Jund with a splash of blue, since i could tell no one at the table was taking blue... i got 3 brackwater elementals, 2 wild leotau, even had agony warp, one cancel and a countersquall. overall a decent draft :)
