I don't understand what Striking Shadow Snake does :(

It doesn't seem helpful to me at all. How does it work?

It switches one of your Opponent's Stand-By Ninja with a Head Ninja in a Team that is battleing against you.

Example:

Your attacking/blocking with 2 Random Ninja in a Team with a total Team power of 7. (4/3 Head Ninja, 4/3 Support Ninja)

Your opponent has 2 random Ninja in a Team that is attacking/blocking with a total Team power of 9 (5/1 Head Ninja, 6/4 Support Ninja) with a Stand-By Ninja with the power of 1. (1/0 Stand-By Ninja)

You use Striking Shadow Snake targetting the 1/0 Stand-By Ninja. Your opponent does not respond. You then take that 1/0 Stand-By Ninja and place it as the Head Ninja in your Opponent's Team makeing his Team power drop from 9 to 6 power. (1/0 Head Ninja, 5/1 Support Ninja, 6/4 Support Ninja)

It's also very useful if you have Dosu [Sonic Impact] in play. Striking Shadow Snake's effect will allow Dosu [Sonic Impact]'s effect to trigger twice. Damaging both the previous Head Ninja and the newly appointed Head Ninja.
