It's a really good attempt. Personally I like it. I would try to get two more Runic Cannon's because they are deadly if played right.

Actually I quite like the deck as well, my first(and still best)deck is nearly exactly as that and I don't lose all that often.

I agree with the previous poster saying that 2 more cannons would be a good idea. I play a few more resourses as well, but thats more me finding it hard to let go of my 10+ years of MTG deck construction theory.
