Confiscation is better sided.

OK well I would:

- Thestalos The Firestorm Monarch
- Enemy Controller
+ Book Of Moon (I prefer it to enemy controller)
+ Confiscation/Sakuretsu (Whichever you prefer)

Unless your meta sees no chain burn at all, I think you should side deck 3 Des Wombats, 2 decrees is not enough to side in against them.

Side deck the bottomless trap holes and add the Scapegoat and Confiscation. It never hurts to try it out. Other than that, this is a pretty damn good build. 9.99/10

Well, it's Monarchs, and Monarchs usually have very few fixes, so, ah hell, I can't think of what exactly to remove, but try to work in some Spell Strikers and maybe a Reinforcement of the Army to search them. Strikers make awsome tribute bait for Monarchs.

...all I can offer for this is a bump. Circles here usually got pretty much the similar builds and little things to fit one's preference. Only thing is perhaps make room for Mobius/Mobii.
