Directions
From 581N
1) Take exit 3E onto VA-101 E / Hershberger Road NW.
2) Drive for approximately 1.2 miles, then turn left (at the Walgreens) onto Williamson Road.
3) The Star City Game Center is approximately 8/10th of a mile down on the left hand side.
From 81N
1) Take exit 146, then turn right onto VA-115 towards Hollins/Cloverdale. VA-115 will become Plantation Road.
2) Stay straight on Plantation Road, then turn right (at the CVS Pharmacy) onto Williamson Road/US-11S.
3) The Star City Game Center is approximately 1.5 miles up Williamson Road on the right hand side.

Doors open at 9:00 AM, registration begins at this time. Thirty-two player flights will begin as filled.
Promotional card:
While supplies last, each player that signs up for a flight (not a booster draft) will receive a special promotional foil card. Preregistering will guarantee a card.
What is a Flight?:
Star City Games runs prereleases using the flight system. Instead of one very large tournament we will run as many as 15 32 player tournaments (each called a flight). Each flight is four rounds and at the end of each flight prizes are given to players who have three or more wins.
Entry Fees:
Individual Flights: $30/flight. Special price of $50 for two flights if you sign up for both at the same time. Please note that players who sign up for the two flight special and have to leave before playing in the second will only be refunded $20.00. The two flight special only applies to one player signing up for two flights at the same time.
Two Headed Giant: $40/team ($20 per player)
Booster Drafts: $15 per player
Credit cards are not accepted at the event site. Anyone wishing to use a credit card to pay for their tournament entry must preregister. Please remember that preregistration closes on the Thursday before the event at 9:00 AM.

Booster drafts (Planar Chaos, Planar Chaos, Planar Chaos) will be run throughout the day. Entry is $15.00 and prizes are five packs for first, three packs for second, and two packs for third and fourth.
Two-Headed Giant:
Teams of two players each will play multiplayer in the two-headed giant format. For more details on how two-headed giant works click here (http://www.starcitygames.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=281073)for the FAQ. The Two-Headed Giant flight will start promptly at 1:00 PM.
Open Dueling
Starting with the Planar Chaos Prerelease we are adding Open Dueling to our Magic Prereleases. Open Dueling is geared towards new players so they can get an idea of what organized play is without having to enter a regular prerelease flight. More experienced players should play in a flight instead of Open Dueling.
• $15.00 entry fee
• Players may only sign up once
• Unsanctioned, but players must have a DCI number to participate. DCI numbers will be available at the event for anyone who needs one.
• Each player will receive a random theme deck to play
• Once you have signed up, find and play against five players. Once you have done this and completed your scorecard, turn it in to receive a pack of Planar Chaos and a prerelease card (while supplies last).

While trading is fine, please note that buying/selling cards with anyone except for our authorized dealer(s), or solicting to do so elsewhere, is strictly forbidden at this event. Failure to obey this rule may result in both the buyer and the seller being removed from the event without refund, and banned from attending future events.
Star City Events also reserves the right to limit the amount of space being occupied by any one individual while trading, and does not allow the use of suitcases, handcarts, luggage carts, etc. to be used for the purpose of transporting excessive amounts of trade stock
