Doom Dot? Reign if Terror?

Can you ready a stunned Dr. Doom with Doom Bots activated ability? Can Reign of Terror return 4 characters with a recruit cost of 1 each to owners hand? Any good seal deck articles of there?

it has to be exhausted....coz when recovery phase, its stunned, recover(exhausted) then ready. Then reign of terror is a combined total of 3 not 4.

Stunned characters can't be readied, they can only be recovered.

If it said "recover and ready target Dr. Doom" then that'd work.

"Ready" and "recover" are two entirely different things.
