We have names and good pictures, just no stats or abilities for figures that haven't already been previewed. Some figs definitely look better than others (I think I am in love with World Eater), but most of them are still pretty cool.
The official site already has a big discussion going on, so if you're curious, check it out too.

these all look awsome- i just saw arsonists/octrilla's effects/etc..and....wow. mono-mad may have a chance if the rest of the mad figs are this beast.

Wow..this set really sucks so far...all the Hiveling stuff is sweet, but the rest is mediocre at best. World Eater is just a small Ragedrake with worse stats and smaller Crit.
There are a few effects that are nice for dealing with locations, but unless they make some of them for every aspect, its going to push the next popular warband type drastically to that side. Gone is the day of Heartsblood and now we get swarm based warbands. What they don't realize is this makes Madness alot worse by doing this. They have to work more on balancing each aspect.

well, we have as yet to see half the pieces of the set, and how they go together ;)

I too am a bit upset at the apparent wussification of World Eater, though I should point out that what Vesivus has may not necessarily be accurate. There was a preview in a magazine that it had crit and trample, but it didn't list whether the the abilities were blade, multiblade, always on, etc. As far as I'm concerned, Vesivus is just gathering already previewed figures and putting it in easy to find spot before Dreamcatcher is updated.

I remember WotC saying that they were still using Heartsblood Temples in their playtesting of their unreleased sets. I doubt Madness will get much worse, at least in the long run. Furthermore, I fail to see how swarm will dominate, as you can counter it with movement - whether moving your own, or your opponents' pieces - and we already have lots of those.
Besides, aren't you overreacting? A lot of these anti-location pieces so far don't come too cheap, and some of the top tier warbands don't necessarily need locations to work. Plus, we only know the effects of about 20-some pieces. Of the other 30+ pieces, we can expect a few to be good, a few to be decent, and a few more to be playable.

Ahh, but now there are ways to counter that movement. Three Passion figures were just previewed. Borg Penitent forces your opponent to strike during their first action phase, and Aviax Firebrand can move all creatures adjacent to a specified cell to that cell. Combined with Baba Yaga's Hut, and... yeah.

well, unless madness/valor get some more ''good(s)'', im only buying a half-case of this set...
but im not going to 'count my chickens before they hatch'- or say the set is bad because of the few minis previewed so far.
