I have figured out a way to go on the magnet train in gold/silver without a pass .First you need a game shark .Second you need a walk through anything code .Third you need at least 3 gym badges .okay now go to goldenrod city .Then you need to go the train place .Now go through the wall .Go through the LEFT door .Now you are in saffron city.
