Example: Your on turn 2 and play Appearance of Unknown Rivals. At the beginning of your next turn it has 2 "counters" or "turns" left. At the beginning of the turn after that it has 1, And after that, 0. And then at the beginning of your turn after it reaches 0 it goes to your chakra pile.
