Soul Calibur 2..

Where I am there's a pretty good deal on this game, but I'm not sure I want it or not.. How would you rate it? Is it just a fighting game (not that that's bad or anything) or does it have some kind of storyline? Thanks..

I enjoyed playing Soul Calibur 2. It's a fighting game with weapons and has the usual arcade mode and (more importantly) Weapon Master, where you travel the land fighting people and doing certin tasks. The Gamecube version has Link in it as a special character. If it has a good deal then go for it!

I loved the first SC, and this one is even better. All the weapons are great, Link is cool in the gcn version, and the fighting is fun always. 9/10

In my experience Link = pwnage incarnate. Especially with the mirror shield and great fairy's sword.

Thanks for the replies :) I got it and I'm loving it so far :D A small question though, how do you perform a throw *correctly*? I think I got lucky in the training thing doing it, but I can't throw anyone now to save my life.. Literally in the game, lol...
