As long as the name is different, a card can be run in three's. So you could run three "Lightning Blade" and three "Chidori".

Your question doesn't make much sense. Seeing how there is no card titled "Sharingan". But if there were, you would be able to use 3 of "Sharingan" and 3 "Sharingan Eye". As long as the card has a different name than another card, you are allowed to use up to 3 of that card in your deck.
