Hmmm... this has to be at least 6 or 7 mana. It's too broken. If the cost is 3 then on turn 3 I could use Slash Charger on myself and on the following turn bring out Stallob, Fortress Shell, or any other insane creature.

Or you can make a restriction saying that the summoning creature's cost has to be less than or equal to the total mana.

Destory opponent creature? You must mean your own creature. Or other way it is like Miraclous Rebirth unless the - 6000.

I would do the card like this:

4 mana, trigger

You may destroy a creature, if you do that put a creature from the owner of that creatures graveyard into the battle zone. It must cost less than the creature you destroyed.

No It Should Be 3mana Cost But
The Effect Is One Of Your Creatures Not Your Opponent
Creatures And Maybe It Wont Be A Shield Trigger Coz I Have Realized
