The Mew cheat is the exact same on every copy of the game. If you don't know what that is check out the link to my Database stickied in this forum.

Don't ask anyone to rate your team until all your Pokemon are evolved, since I don't know where you are in the game and if your team is well compatible with the surrounding. Also, I can hardly understand the format of your team anyway.

Honestly?Switch Beedrill for a Butterfree. He will get you farther in the game then a Beedrill, plus a better move selection.

True, but Beedrill has more Weakness. And Beedrill has a Bug Move. Honestly all Bugs are bad in R/B/Y, except maybe Parasect with a STABbed Leech Life

Bugs generally tend to be on the useless side, but thier strengths, while few and far between, can be really incredible. I think that people tend to think bugs suck because of the whole poison-psychic-bug irony. While they aren't as good against psychics as one would like them to be, a two- or three- turn Swords Danced Beedrill will not be something your opponent will want to throw a psychic type at. Bugs are particularly good against grass (especially grass/poison) types that use Growth, since Growth will reduce the effectiveness of ice, fire and psychic attacks, among others (but not bug). I sometimes fill the 6th slot on my team with a bug that has convenient resistances (compared to my other pokemon)

For your current team, I'd reccomend Beedrill over Butterfree since most of Butterfree's good attacks are grass or psychic, and you already have a grass type and 2 psychics. Personally I would ditch one of the psys but most people would probably disagree with me.

example-in yellow when you have pikachu brock is damn near impossible even with pidgey,or rattata,or nidoran. a butterfree has confusion, which kills brock

Mankey can do it too; I think it learns Low Kick sooner than Butterfree learns Confusion. Butterfree probably has more strengths than Beedrill, but pretty much any function Butterfree could serve
('cept maybe sleep and paralysis but Sand Attack is at least as immobilizing) is already being served by some pokemon in qzaq's team. Beedrill gives the team more versatility.
