Directions:
From South or Richmond I-95 North Bound: Exit #74C Medical College of Virginia stay to the left and take Broad Street, State Capitol, Coliseum Exit. Go West on Broad Street to North 3rd Street. Turn right onto 3rd Street travel ¼ of a block turn right into the Greater Richmond Convention Center's Parking Deck.
From North of Richmond I-95 South/64 East Bound: Exit I-95 to the I-64 East/Third Street Exit #75. Bear right for 3rd Street (Do not go straight on the junction, it will take you to I-64 East). Travel ahead to 3rd and Marshall Streets. The Greater RichmondCenter Parking Deck will be on the left.
From West of Richmond I 64 East Bound to I-95 South to 64 East Bound: Interstate 64 East to junction Interstate 95 South to I-64 East/Third Street Exit#75. Bear right for 3rd Street (Do not go straight on the junction, it will take you to I-64 East). Travel ahead to 3rd and Marshall Streets. The Greater Richmond Center Parking Deck will be on the left.
From East of Richmond I-64 West Bound (from Airport):
Exit #190 Fifth Street exit. Proceed to Fifth and Jackson Streets. Turn right onto Jackson Street and proceed to Third Street. Turn left onto Third Street travel 3 blocks (to 3rd & Marshall Streets) and turn left into the Greater Richmond Convention Center's Parking Deck.
Hotel:
The Richmond Marriott is right across the street from the Convention Center.

Time:
Registration begins at 9:00 AM with the tournament starting promptly at 10:00 AM.
Registration closes fifteen minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Any player who wants to enroll after registration has closed will be able to do so, but will receive a round one match loss. Players arriving after round two has been paired will not be able to enroll in the tournament.
Entry Fee:
$20.00 - Credit cards are not accepted at the event site. Anyone wishing to use a credit card to pay for their tournament entry must preregister. Please remember that preregistration closes on the Thursday before the event at 9:00 AM.

Tournament Format:
Standard Constructed with all cards from Heroes of Azeroth and Onyxia’s Lair treasure pack cards. Main decks must contain at least sixty cards, and players may bring a sidedeck of exactly ten cards. Maximum of four copies of any one card between main deck and sidedeck.
Tournament Structure:
Swiss based on number of players per UDE Tournament Policy. There will not be a cut for playoffs. Rounds are best two-of-three.
Prizes:
• Top four players at end of Swiss will receive invitations to their National Championship.
• Top eight players will receive one of two new playmats designed exclusively for Regional Qualifiers.
• Top sixteen players will receive an Extended Art Arcanite Reaper.
• Booster packs of Heroes of Azeroth based on the tournament attendance.

Lazy Peon - Constructed using commons and uncommons only from Heroes of Azeroth and Onyxia’s Lair treasure pack cards. Main decks must contain at least sixty cards, and there are no sidedecks. Maximum of four copies of any one card.

Six rounds of Swiss using one game matches. There will not be a cut for playoffs. If there are 64 or more players, then seven rounds of Swiss.
Prizes:
• Top eight players at the end of Swiss will receive an Extended Art Frost Shock.
• Eight more Extended Art Frost Shocks will be randomly awarded to players that did not place in the top eight.
• Booster packs of Heroes of Azeroth based on tournament attendance.

While trading is fine, please note that buying/selling cards with anyone except for our authorized dealer(s), or solicting to do so elsewhere, is strictly forbidden at this event. Failure to obey this rule may result in both the buyer and the seller being removed from the event without refund, and banned from attending future events.
Star City Events also reserves the right to limit the amount of space being occupied by any one individual while trading, and does not allow the use of suitcases, handcarts, luggage carts, etc. to be used for the purpose of transporting excessive amounts of trade stock
