i am a vet yugioh player who is just now doing good
and i would like to also start playing naruto as well as yugioh
anyway
what packs, starter decks, singles do u recommend me buying
i have $25
what should i get?

Path of Hogake Starters, or Curse.

Path, and Coils boosters.

I got the Gaara starter from Curse to exapnd my collection, and I messed around with it: it was great. Get a Gaara and go crazy on Coils booster packs.

I don't think starter boxes are necessary..but if you really want one, I'd get the Red Gaara one.

ok went to my walmart today to see what all they had
unfortunately they had none of the path or coils packs :(
all they had was curse packs and
x1 naruto black starter
x2 garra red starter
x2 naruto silver starter

so i got
the black naruto and red garra
and i traded at my local card store for 6 packs (all he has is curse packs)
guess ill have to go somewhere else to get path, coils, and other starters

honestly, unless you have a playgroup in your area, don't bother with the game, Bandai does have the Curse of the Fourth Set coming up on Naruto.

not nessasarly you dont have to have a play group in your area to play, heck you could just go to tournments or play online, also he can try to get others into the game.

Exactly, When I started the game (in april, when it came out) hardly anyone played. Everyone was on either YGO or MTG. So I gave free demos for the game at a few different stores in my area. Got alot of people into the game and now my weekly tournaments get around 12-14 people. :)

Bandai has a Fourth set curse,

When a CCG Bandai makes get's to it's fourth set, it dies. No game has made it past set 4. Zatch went down, Digimon couldn't make it past, Gundam War only made it too 3.

Naruto can make it, but they need to do a few things better.

lol this set is insane water and fire will reign supreme over any other deck and on top of it itsa the most highly anticipated ccg set i ever seen in my life besides invasion of chaos for yugioh. naruto will make it way pasted this set
