For summaries and scans, you should probably check out Janime's site (www.janime.info). He does a good job keeping us well updated. As for Yu-Gi-Oh: R becoming an anime: dear Ra, I hope not. It's better off being left as a manga, and there have not been any hints at a possible transition for it. For now, it's a manga and nothing else.
