Absolute Control

Alright, currently I am running the deck posted below, but my goal is to build a deck that completely controls the board - monsters, spells, and traps.

Okay, I am using the Armed Dragons as both a decoy an an alternate win conidtion since once my Horus is destroyed I am screwed. Also, I am trying to get some 2 more Level Up, 3 Level Modulation, and 3 Ground Collapse. So what other cards could give me control of the field like 3 Ground Collapse, Royal Decree, and Horus Lv8?

You sure have a lot of level monsters. May I suggest taking out the LV3 and LV4? Consider Cyber Dragon or Mystic Tomato. Take out Man-Eater Bug for Newdoria. Then whatever is left, maneuver around and shift gears into a Tomato Apprentice Engine. By that, I mean take advantage of Mystic Tomato, Apprentice Magician, and Old Vindictive Magician. Nice effort. Horus + Royal Decree = FTW.

I would gladly take out Horus Lv4 but Armed Lv3 works with Masked dragon to easily get Lv5 and Lv7. Thanks for the suggestions, I will try to get those cards you suggested but what would I take out for Ground Collapse?

Funnier still is we run completely different set ups. I guess that's kinda cool.

Always prefered jinzo to royal decree. Not only does he have attack points but he is easy to get out.

Can't say i know much about Horus or Armed Dragon, i'll be honest. But you should certainly put in sakuretsu armors, if not mirror force, just to protect you from swarming decks.

Neway, have a look at mine if you want any other ideas for "absolute control'. I focus on traps, graveyard and hand. Its kinda funky. Just search for "absolute control" and look at the one that isn't this lol
