new to the game couple of questions

hi im new to the game so i have a couple of questions concerning deck building. i dont have any of the money cards yet, but i did pull the super rare lions barrage is this a good card?, since i have only bought a sasuke poh starter and 9 packs of curse of sand. i am just playing for fun with my friends so i probably wont go out and buy boxes at a time.

1. im building a fire/wind deck what should my curve look like as far as how many ninjas of each level i should run?

2. is there a certain set that has come out that has some very good fire/wind cards?

3. what are some of the commons/uncommons that i should definitly add to my deck since i probably dont have the rares for a great deck?

4. what sort of effects should i be looking at to put in my deck? i.e. attack boosts, healing, etc.

Ninjas of the Sand

This is my opinion on the ninjas of Curse of the Sand. I might come back and do the jutsus and the missions at a later date.

Super Rare

N-085 Naruto Uzumaki [Fast Growth]- To start off, we have the main character of the show, but not so prominent in the game. I believe that will change with this one card. You should never use more than one Fast Growth (FG) Naruto, and if you are using it, u need two turn zero Narutos, preferably Nine-Tail Chakra (NTC). The plan is to have NTC on your first turn and block or attack until it gets injured. Next turn you growth out Naruto and back it up with, say Sakura (Determination) and you have a turn one team of 6, or 8 if you need it be. Then You continue th do this until they invest some high level jutsu to kill your Naruto, which was essentially a ZERO drop, and you still have other High level ninjas to use.

N-101 Jiraiya [Pervy Sage]- This card is GOOD, no doubt about that, as it can come into play a full turn earlier than the other, but you shouldn’t play more than one in any deck. In a deck using lightning, if you need the oil for Gamabunta and Gama, I’d use one of these and one 4th Hokage.

N-127 Jirayia [Releasing the Seal]- I see no reason whatsoever to use this Jiraiya over Pervy Sage, at all. While this Jirayia can give one of your ninjas +1/+1(sucks), Pervy Sage can come into play a full turn earlier. Two if you have Konohamaru In your village. Disappointing, should have been a rare for those who could not get their hands on PS.
