well i dont know iff theyll do that but there are starters every other set

I think Bandai usually releases Starter decks every other set. This is the order on how they're doing it so far:

Path to Hokage - Starters included
Coils of the Snake - None
Curse of the Sand - Starters included
Revenge & Rebirth - None
The Chosen - Starters included

So basically I'm assuming the next starters don't come out until the Reprint set does which will be next year in Spring.

The starters won't be with The Chosen, Andrew Lupp said that it will count as something like a mid-term set, and not be the real 5th set. So that would put the next starters around the June/July area.
