okay, how is it that people obtain that special e-card (OR Mystic Ticket) for catching pokemon like lugia, ho-oh, mew, or celebi even? ya know, to go to Faraway Island, Navel Rock, and Birth Island? i'm sorry, but i must be able to get one. i'm a hardcore Emerald player, and i wanna know how you do it. whoever has one, i'm willing to make a deal with someone for it. first, just tell me where to obtain one. trading for one, PM me PLEASE~~~~~!!!!. thank you.
You CANNOT trade it, as it is a key item.
You receive it from special Nintendo events.
So unless there's one soon, and next to you.. no Deoxys/Mew/Other Lati for you.
Mew can be found on that faraway island, which needs a ticket.
Mew was also given out for free at Toys-R-Us some time ago.
Celebi and Jirachi and only give-aways.
Deoxys is from the Eon ticket [or whatever it is named]
Lugia was given out for free at an event after being chosen in the top 10
most wanted Pokemons, or whatever.
You can get both her and Ho-Oh with that ticket, even only like always.
I might be wrong on some small parts, but this is information based on what I'm hearing now and then.
Also, most people who offer to trade you one are going to shark it, so be careful.
Oh of course, I almost forgot:
Lugia can be caught in XD and transfered to your game.
Ho-Oh can be caught in Colosseum and transfered to your game.
