EVs please.

Most things look standard, but I recommend Leech Seed > Giga Drain on Ludicolo since Giga Drain is a 3hko on Milotic/Suicune while they can outstall you, Swampert is owned by Surf anyway and can't touch Ludicolo, and Leech Seed allows you to recover tons of HP from the inevitable Blissey/Snorlax switch-in.

The Gengar set has Perish Song listed twice. >.> Taunt/Protect over the second Perish Song and Explosion, please.

Overall, Snorlax can cause problems for this team. Get a Metagross/Skarmory/Weezing/fighter or something for it over Ludicolo or Milotic (both are redundant).

1.) take out tyrannitar if your going to use a rain dancer!!!

2.) put in the stats of your pokemon

3.) you have 2 normal pokes(don't got a problem with it but if there were going to be a great attacker with a fighting move then thats screwed)

here you go

Those EVs are messed up. If it's in Emerald, use EV-reducing berries; if not, you should rebreed.

Get them all to Level 100. I'm just going to list general numbers to aim for since I don't know your IVs.

Oh, and you have redundant Pokemon. Ludicolo and Milotic are both waters while Snorlax, Blissey, and Ludicolo are all special sponges. I recommend ditching Ludicolo/Milotic (preferably Ludicolo) and Snorlax/Blissey (preferably Blissey, since Snorlax can act as a special sponge and physical sweeper) for the aforementioned Heracross/Metagros you mentioned. If you're playing competitive/link where there are Spikes, you may want Starmie > Milotic for a Rapid Spinner.
