Extreme is in the Emerald Trainer Hill, am I right? From what I remember, it was hard, but I was a noob back then, lol.

I hate to say it, but on Miltank and Blissey, Milk Drink / Softboiled are a billion times better. Also, Swampert doesn't need 401 HP, stick to put it in Def, SpDef, Atk, and a little bit in SpAtk.

Metagross @ Leftovers
Adamant
252 Atk, give him some speed, and I always put the rest in defense.
- Meteor Mash
- Agility
- Earthquake
- Explosion
Blissey @ Leftovers
Bold & Natural Cure
252 HP, rest should go in defenses
- Aromatherapy
- Toxic/THUNDER WAVE(paralysis is so effing annoying!)
- Softboiled
- Seismic Toss
Miltank @ Leftovers
Impish
Odd set. Maybe... add more into HP and defenses to make a more effective staller... I don't know, I do NOT use moo.
- Heal Bell
- Body Slam (for Par status)
- Shadow Ball
- Rest
I'd go with a more Blisseyish moveset, but like I said, I DO NOT USE THE MOO :-P
I have seen someone use Curse on this guy, but I always killed it before it could do any moves to me =\
What's the nature do? I'm not the greatest with most natures-for Miltank, I'd put something like (+Def/Sp. Def, -Sp. Atk)
Hariyama @ Leftovers
Careful & Thick Fat
252 HP, 52 Atk, 152 Def, 52 SD
- Cross Chop
- Rock Slide
- Whirlwind
- Rest
PLEASE get RID of Hariyama. For a fighting type, use Breloom, Blaziken, Medicham, or Heracross-Blaziken, Medicham, and Heracross can all do Reversal, and Breloom is THE best Focus Puncher in my opinion. Movesets should be known-if not, check www.smogon.com (http://www.smogon.com)
Swampert @ Leftovers
Adamant
Man have you got ODD EV sets. I always give ol'Swampy 252 Atk and the rest in HP/defenses.
- Earthquake
- Curse
- Return/Hidden Power [Flying](for grass types that'll slaughter you... if Swampy survives one hit, he'll at least do SOME damage...)/Hidden Power [Ghost](GENGAR. Annoying as crazy when you can't hit him with a ground move or normal.)
- Either Return, HP: Flying or HP: Ghost-whatever you didn't use. Remember, you can only have one hidden power, so you'll put return on here somewhere. Rock Slide's another option(I think he can learn it) and if you're worried about Salamence, go with an Ice Beam.
Gardevoir @ Leftovers
Modest
252 Spd, 252 Sp. Atk, 4 HP (it's what I use for my Zam)
- Psychic
- Fire Punch/Ice Punch
- Calm Mind
- Encore(if he can learn it... if not, Ice Punch/Fire Punch, whichever wasn't used.)
Can yall help me please? My team sucked :(
Where's your speed sweepers? You've got a tank(Metagross) and 2 stallers(Miltank and Blissey), but what about the others? Swampert's good, I don't care about Gardevoir at all(cuz I'm a loyal Alakazam user), and Hariyama's too slow for the standard game.
I'm not insulting your movesets however-I'm just saying, it's different. Different's good, but you need to be able to counter the common battler.
If this is an ingame team... good luck getting the stuff, it's hard.
I probably misread this somewhere, but yeah-fixes in green.
Excuse my ignorance, but what is Trainer Hill? Is that an ingame thing? I don't recall it.
Good luck-
-and if you don't mind, take a look at my team(rate/fix/whatever) :-D
