Not bad, but if anything, since you don't have any Cyber Dragons or Zaborgs, I'd make this a Monarch / Phoenix Deck for another setup in case this one goes sour. Try these on for size:

-2 Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch
+1 Hand of Nephthys
+1 Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys

-1 Twin-Headed Behemoth
+1 Exiled Force

-1 Mystic Swordsman LV2
-1 Newdoria
-1 Night Assailant
+1 Call of the Haunted
+1 Sakuretsu Armor
+1 Ring of Destruction (if you can get it) or Hammer Shot

-2 Fissure
+1 Pot of Avarice
+1 Ceasefire

-1 Brain Control
+1 Book of Moon

Since you've already got the Apprentice Magician setup done, swapping 2 Thestalos for a Phoenix and a Hand is easy work and it can benefit you by having a better beatstick effect and an easy Special Summon to bring out Phoenix.

Twin-Headed for Exiled is more of an optional change, but Exileds effect is better paired with Phoenix since you can blow it up during your 2nd Main Phase and have it come back next turn and destroy all spell and traps.

The next 3 are just to cut down on some unncessary monsters and to boost your basic Trap lineup to better work with the monsters you're running.

Fissures have lost their effectiveness since Smashing Ground hit the scene, so try dropping both of those for a Pot of Avarice, to partner with reusing Phoenixs effect, and a Ceasefire, to save your monsters from Nobleman and deal some nice LP Damage.

Brain Control doesn't need to be run in 2s with this deck, so drop 1 of them for a Book of Moon, which pairs in so many ways with almost every deck type.

i dropped call because it culd end up just sitting on the field and my frog ownt come bak
i'll think bout ceasefire and pot (as soon as i get pot)

I'm just trying to reboot my deck. I would appreciate my tributes being left alone unless more need to be added of them. I have an extra Mobius and a bunch of Thestalos' but that is my only copy of Jinzo.

Also, a big downside is I have not bought myself any cards since early to mid 2007.

I know people dislike the discard, but when you destroy 2+ Monsters; it is well worth it

Regarding the Nobleman of Crossout, I would playtest both the Nobleman and try Shield Crush, or maybe one of each. Sometimes when you hit a Marshmallon and have a Nobleman in your hand, you just wish you had a Shield Crush haha.

I like the Sakuretsu armors. I know they are a slow Trap but they still are one of my favorite Traps.

as i mentioned in my first post i sadly do not own another jinzo and i also mentioned to try and limit removal of my tribs. i might try the vortex idea because u hav a good point. CotH will just get in the way of my frog. as for mirror force(DR2?) i sold mine a while back cause i didnt think i wuld be back. i think $40(australian) was worth it seeing as at the time the metal raiders one was worth $35 haha

Hm, I would take out mobius and sub in Raiza, this looks like a deck i used to run and i loved the hydrogeddon engine, sooo broken if you can pull out all 3 in a turn heh, plenty of sack fodder for next if you can keep 'em there.

the deck has too much going on, just narrow it down to one theme. hydro monarchs or app monarch, they dont really go to well together. if you go with app monarch take out the tomatos, random newdoria and hydros and add in seer and such.

Thats a nice deck you have going. If you can, you should take out a Thestolos or two for a Raiza and Zaborg. The Hydro's will great in that deck too.
