First of all, you got the natures that don't fit with your movesets. Tyranitar and Blaziken should get a nature that suits for sweeping like Adamant and Naughty/Neutral (for Blaziken) cos Tyranitar uses most attacks and Blaziken could be a mixed sweeper. Lapras is okay but a defense/special defense increasing nature will fit better as it seems to me like a tank. As for the movesets, good job. 9/10 (excluding the natures) Try to EV Tyranitar's attack a little.

is there a way to change a pokemon's nature?

That is what I always get messed up with, I can't change the natures.

And you'll have to make new ones for different natures.

Lapras:
Bad.
Too much Attack, not enough Sp.Attack

Breed a new one, try to get a Modest [best]/Rash/Quiet [Second best]/Mild one .
Attacks:
Thunderbolt/Psychic
Confuse Ray
Surf
Ice Beam

Tyranitar:
Either go for that famous 'Tyraboah' or something else.
You can always go for:
Brave/Quiet
Crunch
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Thunderbolt

Just a weird mix.
