I just got the 3 Regis, and i was wondering what is the best move set for each of them?

I have zero knowledge about most RSE Pokémon (kinda skipped this generation, waiting for Diamond/Pearl's US release before I "jump back in", so to speak), but I can still give you a hand:
http://www.smogon.com/rs/strategies/regirock
http://www.smogon.com/rs/strategies/regice
http://www.smogon.com/rs/strategies/registeel
Smogon tends to be a very helpful resource, as far as competitive battling + movesets goes. I don't like their overuse of the various Hidden Power types, but since you can use whichever HP you want in Netbattle, it makes sense that HP is used so often.
Upon further reading, this stickied thread (http://www.pojo.biz/board/showthread.php?t=347796) already has Smogon as a source, so I'm not sure whether you already know about it.
Anyway, hopefully this helps!

I am actually generally new to the game. I have been playing the game long enough, but never further then to the point of, beating the game, beating the Elite Four, and im done.
Im still trying to figure out things. One thing i am having trouble with, for example, lets say i want to teach one of the Regis, Earthquake, or Toxic. They dont learn them naturally, so i have to use a TM, but i have already used both my TM's for Toxic and Earthquake. Is there any alternate way i can teach them the desired moves?
Also, the move Curse. Like an idiot, when i got the Regis i taught them some moves, and deleted Curse from them, i wasent aware how helpful it is. Does it come in a TM?
You CAN find answers to those questions just by surfing on Pokemons sites, googling Walktroughs and the such.
There is a way to get more TM/HMs- Trade one from another game.
Also, for TM26, there IS a way to get it, it's quite complicated but it involves having a 'Picking up' Pokemon [what level? 100 or so?] use his Pick up ability and pick it up for you.
No, Curse is NOT a TM.
Assuming I didn't know that.
What could I do?
www.google.com
Search -> Pokemon TM/HM Lists [You can even, like I did, press 'I'm feeling lucky']
And here is what I got:
http://www.psypokes.com/rs/tmhm.php
It's pretty obvious you DIDN'T look at the stickies, as they link to those sites.
Something IMPORTANT to note is, that forgotten move can be relearned, as long as it's a NATURAL move, not a TM one, via the move re-learner.
He resides in Fallarbor town and will gladly teach your Pokemon a forgotten move, in exchange for an Heart Scale.
Now for my recommendations:
Regirock -
Earthquake
Rock Slide/Ancient Power
Curse
Brick Break
Registeel:
Earthquake
Rock Slide?
Explosion
Brick Break
Thunderwave/Whatever Physical attack you may want
Seismic Toss
Iron Defense
Amnesia
Ewww..
OR
Curse
Earthquake
Rock Slide/Explosion
Brick Break
Regice:
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
ThunderWave
Rest/Amnesia/Explosion/Whatever
Quite standard I guess..
OR
Amnesia
Ice Beam
Seismic Toss
Thunderwave
Something you can do for RegiSteel/Rock:
Curse
Earthquake
Rock Slide/Ancient Power/Rest
Brick Break/Rest
Or for everyone:
Counter
Seismic Toss
Thunderwave
Rest
[I like it. Reminds me of Blissey/
You can try a hitting move there instead Seismic Tosser]
I don't know about Smogon's movesets, but those are the one I can come up with right now.

Making an entire thread for a question, with what would probubly be a simple answer was my last resort really. I didnt know specificly what i was looking for, making google searching it very difficult.
I did not know about that move re-learner, that helps a GREAT deal. Thank you for the replies.
