I won't go into ratings and such, but I can tell you popular ones are:
Beauty - Castform/Milotic
Thoughness or whatever - Regis [Whatever category is Explosion, also Super Power works good and stuff..]
Smartness - Ehh.. Xatu perhaps..

Pokemons with the 'Agility+Aerial Ace' or whatever aren't bad either..

Serebii has movesets for contests in their pokemon of the day/week catagory.
I've tried some of them out and they work really well.
So if you want any ideas you could always look on there.

cool - syther, skarmory. air cutter, agility [i believe is cool], etc.

beauty - castform [flash, icy wind, rain dance i think..]
