If you attach TM/TA Belt to your active on your first turn, can you evolve it with the effect immediently after your turn? I think you can, as your turn has technically ended, thus it's not a real "first turn evolve".
Another question: Are you FORCED to use the Belt if the Pokémon the Belt is attached to is active between turns? The card doesn't mention, "You MAY search". Of course it wouldn't affect Zangoose/Seviper or Torkoal, but that's not really what I'm asking.
