Blastizard1234 - You have too many Pokemon, and not enough trainers. Trainers provide draw power, first and foremost. Also, many of those Pokemon aren't very good.

Snowman4 has the right idea, although you probably don't want to go so far. That many trainers will get you nerfed by a Slowking deck, and those are fairly popular.

You two demonstrate the two extremes of energy; 13 vs 27. 13 seems a bit low for a Raindance deck, but 27 is definitely too many.

Overall, I'd recommend a combination of those two decks; slightly more Pokemon than Snowman4 listed, way more trainers than Blastizard had, and a middle ground for energy.

Blastizard, your deck has too much pokemon and energies. i dont suggest using a pure water deck, combo it with another type. fire, psyhic and grass are good. your deck pokes will almost never evolve; you will never find the correct poke to evolve too. if u want a stage one or stage to even, to get out, put about 2-3 for each stage. i put 3 torchics, combusken and blaziken in my deck, and i will evolve to blaziken at about turn 4. i'll tell u how later. most good decks dont put alot of pokemon in their decks, instead they put trainers. most unlimited decks are like that...

Pokemon:
Basic A (about 2,3 or even 4)
Stage 1 A (evolves from basic A)(amount same as Basic A)
Stage 2 A (evolves from Stage 1 A)(amount same as Stage 1 A and Basic A)
Basic B (around 2-3)(to evolve to stage 1 B)
Stage One B (around 2-3)(to support the A family directly or indirectly)
Tyrogue (NeoDiscovery)(he's good)
Cleffa (NeoGenesis)(for draw power)
a few more basics which cannot evolve

Energy:
around 15 should be enough

Trainers
Bill (basic draw power)(recommended amt:4)
Energy Retrieval/Energy Stadium (for decks which need to discard alot of energy, or if you really like retreating)(1 for E Stadium)(E Retrieval, 2+)
Computer Search (to get your cards you need)(recommended amt 4)
Energy Removal/Energy Removal 2 (try to use ER if you have it and try to avoid ER2, put in a few SERs too if you have)(4 of course, it'll be annoying)
Potions (quick healing rocks)(recommended 4)
Super Potions (for emergency healing)(not recommended, around 2 if u want)
Copycat/Prof. Elm/Sabrina's Gaze/Prof. Oak (if you're really unlucky, get a new hand)(dont use prof. oak unless you're sure ur deck is enough for drawing.)(recommended 4)

You dont have to put all of them, u can survive without potions and energy retrieval. and i dont think snowman's pokemon are too little. he can get blastoise with ease. i suggest replacing a few (2 - 4) energy with trainers
