Very odd choice of pokemon to use-it should be an interesting competition.

I suggest getting a few counters in your team... some of the most common team killers are, in my opinion, Blissey/Snorlax/Skarmory/Swampert/Ninjask. For Blissey/Snorlax, anything with a high attack that can take a hit is good-make sure it's ATTACK, not special attack. Metagross works great if their Snorlax does NOT have earthquake, and Dragon Dancing Salamence kills everything pretty much, IF you can get a shot in-Bellyzard's a killer too... but only if you can predict WELL. For Skarmory, just torch it. Otherwise, he's hard to beat-that's why he's tough for me. Swampert-ugh. Get a faster grass type in there, such as a Sceptile, and leaf blade away or something. For Ninjask, all I can suggest is having something that can use Haze and Roar/Whirlwind. I like the Milotic-good one. I usually use a (+Def - Atk) nature-Marvel Scale is an awesome ability, use it to your advantage and increase your defenses as much as possible. For the Metagross, I don't know what to say besides the fact that I don't really like it. I prefer Agiligross... Agility/Explosion/Meteor Mash/(Shadow Ball or Earthquake), but it's up to you-if your swords dancing Metagross works, then use it.

For a sixth pokemon, I really enjoy Salamence... if you can use him right. Just test and test and test what you like-I use the pokemon I like, Charizard/Alakazam/Aerodactyl/Sceptile... and I've got a Metagross and a Salamence on my team for who knows what.

As for your Battle Frontier team...

Latios-I honestly prefer this one over Latias-most people like Latias more, I prefer Latios. I say good choice, especially for the B.F., because Latios is an uber, one of the only ones allowed in B.F.

Try something like...

Modest, Soul Dew, Dragon Claw/Psychic/Calm Mind(or Thunderbolt)/Ice Beam(or Recover-I highly suggest NOT using recover.).

Sableye-Ouch, I really dislike this one. Gengar's better if you want a ghost type... If you want a dark type, go for Houndoom or Tyranitar. I don't know any good Gengar/Tyranitar movesets, but you could try (modest, leftovers, flamethrower/hp-grass/crunch/will-o-wisp) if you want to. Unfortunately, using a Houndoom takes away a lot of the purpose of playing Blaziken, UNLESS you use Blaziken as mostly a physical attacker.

Blaziken-read above, otherwise, great pokemon to use! Overused, but whatever. Adamant, Leftovers/Choice Band, Overheat(Fire Blast works too, if you plan on keeping him out for a while)/Sky Uppercut/Rock Slide/Earthquake. If you're using Houndoom, maybe try a Breloom as your fighter-Breloom, Adamant, Leftovers/salac berry, Focus Punch/Spore/Leech Seed(or endure, if you're using a salac berry)/another physical filler move OR Giga Drain(I'd use HP: Rock or Ghost-rock for fliers that'll slaughter Breloom. Ghost is for Gengar-Gengar laughs in Brelooms face, because the standard Breloom can't touch him, or does little damage thanks to poison's grass resistance.).

Max HP is fine, but 384 is about right. 241 or 250 Spc. ATK, a bit of Speed (around 200 area), rest in Defense. Milotic has great Special Defense, so EVs in that area are pointless.
